The items you wish to return must be in the same state as when you have received it. Also we would appreciate if it was in a original packaging. Include the original or a copy of the receipt (or invoice) and send the goods to:

  • refunds will be realized within approx. 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the return,
  • cost of returning goods to us will not be refunded,
  • the goods cannot be sent COD or without distribution,
  • refunds are realized: to a bank account as per number specified in the email sent to (for orders placed with payment on delivery option) or automatically on the account / card number used to realize the payment (for orders with payment on-line option),
  • for security reasons & delivery duration times we recommend using courier services to return the goods,
  • upon return, you are responsible for wrapping the goods securely; You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery;



Your rights in regard to all the products bought in our store are covered for lack of conformity for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase in accordance with the Act of 27 July 2002 regarding special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (OJ 2002 r. All claims are considered within maximum 14 days of receipt of the product in question. In the case of a justified complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced by another (full value), and if this is not possible (eg. due to product discontinuation) you will receive a refund equivalent to the price of the product.
